I've some BASIC programs and graphic screens (VPOKE, etc) made several years ago in my old MSX1. They're saved on tapes.
Anybody knows a -easy- way to pass (convert ?) this data to some kind of file that can be read by a MSX PC emulator?  thanks |

Sample the tapes at 16bit 44kHz (although I believe lower frequency/resolution might work for PC emulators, saving it back to tape will be a problem) and just load the .WAV file in openMSX or MESS.

 thankyou i'll try it... er, do you know if there's some way to load it into paraMSX or RuMSX ? I means... is there an application who convert .WAV -> .BAS or .DSK or something like that ? |

Yes...
Search for WAV2CAS (part of Castools) by Vincent van Dam.
Unfortunately the only link I could find (on the Ultimate MSX FAQ) is down.
