Whoa, not bad at all guyz. Not bad at all. It's good to see many people who stopped developing new software for MSX a while ago, have started developing new stuff as well. I'm looking forward to the new Near Dark productions, guyz!

Quote:

Yeah MSX-Basic rocks! Only few people actually believed me without frowning when I told them the BCF diskstations were written completely in basic. The Arranger disks, well that's not such a big deal, it's just a musicdisk...but all the BCF demo's! Those were just a matter of very smart coding.

Yes, I can back up MrRudi on this.

All BCF demo's are made in MSX basic. Amazing heads, Jean Michel Jarre, all snouts, demo's like sigma power, satan demo's, snout5 intro, everything is MSX Basic.
We used the KUN compiler and a few pokes/vdp tricks and small bits of assembly, but 99% is made in basic.
