I've got some 16x16 tile gfx which are pretty good if i may say so myself. Anyone interested? The gfx were supposed to be in a platform game.

Please contact me if you are (bart@msx.org)!

All gfx are pixeled by me, (c) 1994

hell I´ve got plenty of time and no projects going on, but the problem is that my harddisk is fucked up (or actually it´s my IDE-interface). But if I get it running sometime again it would be a nice project to work on though... The graphics are really cool, and it would make an awesome platformer... I´ve got an MSX 2+ so I can use the v9958, and if Sander Zuidema gets those ordered v9958 chips sometime soon (I really want them!), then it will even be easier to program for it. Ahhh yes I am really in for this project. But alas, my harddisk... I´ll try to fix it. Promise.

I fixed the colortables of the other GE5 files too. It's the space level. Here are some screenshots. Also made a impression of what could be gamelevel (that's the last one).

Maybe I should tell what this game originally should have been.

It's about 2 guys (Bard & Bart, same guys from Cain), one is able to jump high and defend with a shield. The other is fast and can shoot. The game is about solving puzzles together (it's also multiplayer, 2 joysticks or 1 joystick and 1 keyboard needed).

If you know Lost Vikings from PC and USAS from MSX you get the point I guess

Levels start off easy. Use Bard to defend Bart from some bullets so he can run around the enemy and shoot the enemy in the back. So that Bard can walk on too.

If playing single player, characters can be switched by a key (i.e. ctrl). Only 1 character can be played at a time.

I *might* have some of the assembler sources lying around. But i'm not sure about that.
