I don't think so, I see clearly the letters PS2 and GC printed somewhere on that page 
or do you mean multiplayer online? (for a second i though you meant a flash game or something like it) |

Well, it has a very clear link saying "netranking", that's what I based my conclusion on. And yes, I ofcourse meant online multiplayer game

Pennant Race 2 had an 'online' competition as well. With the user disks you could play tournaments with a (BBS?) community. Several Japanese contacts told me that system was very popular those days, even got attention in magazines.

It's similar to Pennant Race, but it's not a sequel. Pawapuro was also released on Gameboy in 1998.
