I have a lot of disks images of msx games , normally i used
dcopy.exe for msx to convert this images to disk , but with
windows xp it did not work ...

Please i need a solution..

Sounds very strange. I use dcopy on a daily basis in WinXP, and it works.

In WinNT it does not.

sometimes you do need to re-format your disk on a real MSX (or using MSXform) to get DCOPY working...

Indeed, the re-formatting on a real MSX is always better ! You have then more chance to get a good data transfer from the dsk image to the real disk.

I use DiskManager (that you can find on the RuMSX site) : it's an excellent Windows tool, but I prefer not to use his formatting feature : in some cases, the data transfer that you make after the formatting is bad and you can't run the real disk on the real machine ... Nothing is perfect , but you can combine MSX formatting and DiskManager data transfert to get a 99% perfect solution ! 8)

It happens to me alot that a disk isn't recognized the first time. You get a 'data error on sector 0' or something like that IIRC...
Just leave the disk in the drive and repeat the command, then it'll work. (hopefully )
