More precisely about SD Snatcher : it seems that the false picture was conceived for a second version of SD Snatcher that was never released (and was maybe not finished) ...

As far as I my Japanese goes (only katakana) this seems NOT to be a screenshot of SD-Snatcher, but of SD-Policenauts! Policenauts is a similar and highly polular adventure like Snatcher, also created by Hideo Kojima. I doubt if this SD-version actually exists, but the screenshot sure reminds me of our beloved SD version of Snatcher.

Could this be a glimpse of Konami's contribution to the MSX Revival?
