Are you for real ?
Okay, here we go
Inside the FDD drive of a turboR, there's a small rubber belt.
If the belt gets old or worn, then you can't use the FDD any more.
Then you need to replace the belt by a new one, IF you still want to use the floppy drive of your turboR that is .

lol
I thought of that, and asked my self why you didn't ask for a 'drive belt' instead of a 'turbo R belt'.. oh, well. thanx for clearing.
good luck finding one (ain't there one in a regular PC drive?)

Normally turboR needs a specific type of belt.
And of course that's the reason I asked for turboR rubber belts.
Plain and simple.

Dudes, get the drive out of the turbo r, take it to your local electronic-shop and search a fitting belt for it. I bought a belt for my 8245 and 8235 in our local electronic-shop, it works perfect! The belts were original for tape recorders and turntables.
In belts there are standard measures.
