Heh, the C64-user reactions are actually a whole lot funnier than the smashing of the C64. Anyone got an Amiga lying around of the next fair?!?

Any war is pointless. One side does some mass killing, and to avenge the other side decides to do the same leading to another pointless fight between two sides. Why do people feel so hostile towards things that are different?
I was considering, however, to post something on that C64 thread in the line of their community still existing in just warez... Which, in my opinion, is quite a task. There is a time everbody has everything as there is hardly any new developments going on in that scene. But... since they're kinda scanning msx.org too they'll probably read it anyway... in time.

Especially moderators should be very careful posting something like this in a thread which started about bashing 'a rival' computer system from the same period.

Dont see a Problem here
COMMODOROE and MSX have a Fair bit in Commom
From its Sound
to its BASIC
i think MSX is better as it had more companys behind it
and a Soon to be WORLD POWER in the form of MicroSoft
MSX did more wtih the Carts than Commodore
but that was the fault of Commodores Market Forces and Designers
they inviested too much in new tech and make them selfs bankruped in the end

well iám computer collector and i even have a c64
the worst thing i ever did on a msx fair was......
smashing a c64 hehe
 and putting 220v directly to its cpu
It died in 1 sec
the hate for commodore is still in me
o jeah in i smashed a nms printer in to pieces ...... huhahaha
well destroying is wat i like hehe
but MSX is my best computer
i never have to reinstall it  |
