No. Early in the years , 1985-1990 I had a MSX. Last week I had a creazy moment , and
I sale a Turbo-r A1 GT on the Internet for 375 euro's. Long time ago i want this computer, and now a dream is gone out ! .. but now i must learn anything about the turbo-r.
I also have a gprx9000.

No, you will not hear anything, but your tR will hear your stereo. That connector is for external microphone.
MSX tR A1GT lacks separate audio output. I think, it was very bad idea from Panasonic to take that away. (A1ST has one) Only way to get sound is from the 'RGB' output DIN connector. If you have the original SCART cable and monitor with speakers or NTSC TV, then you don't have a problem.

I don't think there's a complete list anywhere, but there are a lot more turboR titles than there are MSX2+ titles, that's for sure. Also, some games have have turboR enhancements.

i looked into my software titles and i found this games so far:
* Snooky2042?
* Zone Terra (quadrivium)
* Multiplex (nemesis clone)
* Shuffle Puck
* Ranma1/2
* Paradream (parodius clone)
* Stone (puzzle game made by mountainsoft)
i must have more titles but these games i found so far.
and offcourse i bought Moonlight Saga
