I have a problem now with RunMSX Emulator and ¿formatting? disks.
Because I don´t have empty DD Disks and It´s impossible to get them today for me (anyone knows?) I tried to format HD Disks made for PC (DOS Formatted) in Disk Basic with my Emulator. But... I can format them in single side but not in Double side (720K).
Why this is happening? Can I format them to Double Side? (Honestly I think there´s a way somewhere)
Please help me.

Do you have taped the right hole of the HD Disk (it's the right hole when you see the label of the disk) ?

Can you precise your OS (Win98, XP, ...) ?

HD disks have a hole in the lower right corner (not the write-protection hole), and DD don't. Simply use scotch tape to close that hole and the drive recoqnizes it as DD disk

Hi friends!
I forgot to tell you that I taped the HD hole with a transparent one (does it matter?) I´ve heard that some drives have an optical reader that is able to recognize a HD Disk, so in order to get it work you have to tape it with non transparent tape. With tape on it I couldnt format it anyway, but with no tape I just did the single sided process.
Ooops! My OS is Win XP, sorry.
Anyway I´m gonna try again tomorrow different combinations with tape and not and I tell ya.

I downloaded the MSX Form and it worked! The only bad thing is the language (japanese!) I think I´ll have to learn it quickly! By the way do you know is this program is avaliable in English? (Or Spanish )
