Nope, except for it not working correctly, it looks in mint condition as well at the inside as at the outside.

Although I can understand you want your money back, I think I would first clean the cartridge connector (even if it looks clean, it can be corroded) and if it still doesn't work contact Sunrise about it. Maybe it's something that can be fixed easily. Actually, I assume that it is  |

I contacted Sunrise, we discussed using email, seems like the SRAM is defective.
I think the seller should at least refund me for the extra repair costs then.
