Can't you guys give more info, website with screenshots and MP3's to drool over not being able to WAIT until the game is released?

btw... are you sure you can make Bussum anyway ? You wouldn't be the first one to discover (*cough*game-with-bombs*cough*), that a deadline is a tricky devil

lets start with the basics:

- What kind of game are you making?
- How far has the development of the game advanced so far?
- To what popular/well-known games can the game be compared
- What programming language are you using, what music chips are you supporting?

Good to see Darkstone is working on a new game, I liked the Darkstone snowfall entry quite a lot!

Ok.
The game does not like other games i know.
It is written in basic(Yeah 100%)
its on sc5
and no doubt it wil be releast on bussum.
and the only thing whats not in basic is the fx that most posible in scc blaffer nt

Euhm. I don't think Patriek was making fun of you, Zett... He was just stating that if you say "we're making a new game", not every MSXers starts running around in joy. We want to know more information, see screenshots, perhaps in time even a promo.

Just 'a new game is coming' won't do the trick for us rusty old MSXers. That's why I asked so many questions. All we know now is that the game is not like any other game you know. That doesn't get us very far... tell us a bit more, zett?

When I start the game, what will I see, what will I have to do? How do I earn points? How do I die? ....

oke a litle bit of the game.
Its all down tho time now anemies or specials(sorry it's in basic)

and ther will be around 120 levels and around 7 demos

guyver Why direct picking on some body. Why do you don't react postive on these kind of things ????
It will help to other msxers to start to make a game.
but When you and other people Allways look down Its not fun to say or make a game or demo.
I think when you'll reacted more like you like it. other people thike ..hemm let's make a game.
And I know It wil not look like konami becours I only now basic. but yeah I like to create a game and if nobody will cooperate white me how nows a better porg.languez I most help my self....

when you say 100% basic programming? you are talking about msx-basic o turbo basic?

I too made basic games, and letme say one thing, the most quickly animation routine is too slow under basic for allow 4 enemies at same time.. but i not say that if are under turbo basic.
