Nope. The original DRIVER-TEST is a weird cartridge. I had one once, and it is more or less standard sized, with a 64 KB ROM and some wires connecting different points.
What I see in the images are memory ICs and logic to do the mapping. I guess it is also a memory expansion, but do not know it for sure. How many KB? NO idea.
