I once tried to trade my original Aleste 2 for the original ATP (fully boxed by the way) with Rieks. But he wouldn't trade it because the ATP is very rare. Not so many copies were sold for some strange reason. But someday... I will have my own ATP premium package. Sometimes I even dream about the ATP. But fortunately I have a little picture of it in my wallet.

Rieks once MADE me play those games and I even saw it for sale once at a MSX-fair (second hand). That means that that person who sold it didn't like the game, but he DID play it.

Now that we're here .. exactly what did 'The Vampires and She Vampires' mean? Was it official english anyway? You know, I haven't ever heard of 'to vampire' ..

what?!? SPEED KING was maybe the best msx game by Mastertronic EVER! Maybe djh1697 haven´t seen any other mastertronic msx game, I think! :-) Speed King had great colourful grafix and was really playable racing game, yet it was budget game! Blame mastertronic´s "rasterscan" instead... uhh...

And dip-dip is still one of my all time favourite games! It´s magnificent squirrel simulator!!! Hard to play, but still, squirrel obeys joystick really well and can stick nearly on every possible thing on screen! How many jumping game hero or heroine can do the same???

But hey! Green Beret doesn´t have Konami look, but it is very playable game!!! But it is sad to say, that that european made Green Beret is still much better looking than too many speccy translations....

I remember spectrum company Positive had translated their games on msx too, just give just one look at their games and you surely go mad....
And was there Joliet software too, which made just as horrible spectrum/msx games.. urgh

maybe it could be better to change this this discussion to "CRAP SPECTRUM TRANSLATION MSX-1 GAME WHICH DESERVES MSX-1 REMAKE WHICH REALLY LOOKS LIKE MSX-1 GAME AND NOT SPECTRUM GAME"

or are you really hunting WORST EVER msx game which only deserves to be eternally forgotten and then program new version of it?!?! horrible idea... ;-)
