ok, if there are more ppl who can't come @ 28th than at 21th then it could be a good idea to have the meet @ 21th of August.

As we speak, 21 and 28 are both still available .. meaning that we can still go for 21.
However, as I don't know from everyone who can come and who has transportation on that day, I'd like to see these details.
