except that the OPL4 wasn't available in the early 80's..
The FM/Wave technique was available tho .. in *very expensive* synths ..  |

The Fairlight could be expanded to 32mb tho .. and a synclavier could be expanded to 768mb mem! (we're talking mid-80's now eh  ) |

Yeah the early C64 music had a style of its own, especially when Hubbard came with the SID format....of course Hubbard himself had quite something to do with the audio-fanbase for C64, just think of Auf Wiedersehen Monty.
