Hi
There are a few projects on the web connecting a hdd to a pc's parallel port using a 8255 IC (simmilar design to Beer202 interface very simple design)
How about making (using) such a (simple) interface to connect msx hdd to pc and providing emulator support for it? It could also be nice if there are software made for mass file transferes etc. NO WINDOWS corrupting partiton info / directories etc
I know in the light of the comming ethernet connections this might be somewhat obsolete . . and slow . . .

I got my MSX SCSI hooked up on my PC SCSI host adapter... works like a charm!

ro, can you elaborate? I have a Ultra2Wide SCSI controller on PC, and I have Bert MSX SCSI controller clone from Leonardo Padial, how do I connect those?
