i want to buy a real msxplotter sony or toshiba. is that good? can i use as a normal printer and draws. and refill the colorlints/patrons the plotter?

They're quite rare, yes. But if you're intending to visit a fair, there might be one or two lunatics who actually have those items and sell them.

The Sony plotter needs little ballpoints, red, green, bleu and black, and support 2 mode's graphic and print.
I'v wrote a program for it , you can get a pre release, because the final release is not ready yet. todo MSXDOS 2 and Harddisksupport
the pre supports mouse and graphic tablet, I'v implement the basic. drawingfunctions , line, circel, ellips, box, rectangle, handdrawing and scale
The file in and output is HPGL (Hewlett Packard graphic language)
Most vector orientate cad apps support HPGL output.
