it's a weird compo yeah .. a psychologically weird one ...

haha yeah it would also be funny to hear what those msx tunes would sound like on a gameboy for instance.

Nice, should be posted on VORC and micromusic then, at MM people are always in for these remix challenges.
Also,it will draw more attention to the msx scene,for people unaware of how ubercool msx is
But perhaps for people out of the demoscene it might be a bit difficult to get their hands on tunes,
as in they're embedded in demo's, they need to run emu's etc...(which is not bad of course,but...)
perhaps a standard list could be made available, say 10-20 tracks as mp3's or something for non-msx users,
then anyone who wants could pick whatever they want anyway.

Well, just for the heck of it I was looking at some old music disks, or at least I wanted too, but if I download the Impact music disks from MRC and make a DSK image of them, all the songs give a load error in both Moonblaster as Soundtracker Pro anyone got decently working versions of those that I can run in the emulator?
