As you have probably noticed the MRC Photoshoots has been growing a lot this year. Adding several shoots from older MSX fairs, smaller User meetings and focusing more on international fairs and meetings as well. We have just added the Japan 1998 photoshoot and with that we have almost 1500 pictures taken on MSX trips and events on our website.
I was wondering... What kind of photoshoots do you like the most? Of which fair or meeting of the past would you really like to see some (more) pictures? The Japan photoshoots often contain quite a lot of 'tourist' pictures that have little to do with MSX. Do you like seeing those pictures as well, or do you think we should stick to MSX only in the future?
And euhm.. if you're reading this and have some cool MSX pictures for us, don't hesitate to send them to photoshoots@msx.org |

I think the photo's taken in tourist mode are really great as well. They really illustrate what it's like to be in such a MSX-country |

personally I don't really care much about those japanese shoots (at least not cauz they are from Japan orso)..
what I would like to see are more foreign shoots like spain, Brazil, Canada etc.. Cauz most of the shoots represent the Netherlands too much (not that I'm complaining)..
It's just a thought...

I mean, that interest in Japan is a common thing for MSX-users... in the early days trying to translate katakana... playing Japanese MSX games and even play them till the end while you don't get the story...
all those beautifull games, what is that for country where they make those games?? How is the culture???
Yes, definitely!!!

well.. I think you missed my point.. I was talking about foreign stuff in general.. and not Japan in perticular...
Cauz I have the feeling that most MSX'ers love Japan.. and want everything to be japanese.. But I just want to prevent a Japan flood.. That's all |
