Well, PSP seems to have slight problems with it's battery-life . Then the DS has that touchscreen thing that can be used for cool stuff, but would you buy such software if it costs the same as 'usual GBA games'?.
PSP seems like a PS2 gone portable, so I'd expect ports or portable versions of the usual PS2 games on it. No need to buy those, as I already own a PS2.
DS has that double screen feature, but there's plenty of 'weird' games for GBA and GC.
I guess I'll first get myself that onechip MSX thing and wait for a decent PSP/DS catalouge to be available before making the 'Get!' decision
But atm I think I prefer the DS

And even if one could, PSP is just finer, I believe

I think that the main "problem" of the OneChip will be its price. If ASCII/MSX-Association sold the MSX Game Reader for 12000 yens (!) I'm afraid about the final price of the OneChip (I'm pretty sure that it will cost >12000 yens).
The OneChip is not comparable to a DS or a PSP but its price will be key factor for its success.
