I'll setup the tables in that room a little wider this time, I'll try to make an inversed ring however.

Last time we were with 10 ppl orso (me,cha,msd,jo,ar,g800,dt,ron,leg,snøt), not counting debby^tni.. Fortunately, it was not like some pigstein orso (tho not everyone brought equipment), I'm just trying to imagine how to fit 8..10 extra ppl in that room. I think it's doable, without written approval from the firemen

It would help however if ppl announce the amount of equipment they take. Notebooks are small and very appreciated ^_^

For everone: if you bring equipment, bring your own.. uh... =]---------[oooo] ...
And preferably 2, if possible.. there are a few powerpoints in the room, but you can count on it that one needs to connect to the =]--------[oooo] of somebody else.. extension cords are also most welcome.

Since most of the day is spent talking, discussing, watching etc., Tons of speakers with tons of sound are best to be avoided. Usually when someone wants to present some sound (for a development-reason) then it's typically something everyone listens to. After that, ppl continue again, or might listen to another person who wants to present something. etc.

I recall the old tilburg/zandvoort fairs where I could hear the FM-Pac Clarinet at the entrance already Let's save Noordscheschut from this terror ^_^

Ah, I see the problem, I had it in my head the Noordscheschut was somewhere in Noord Holland, but damn... That also means Delft/The Hague is not really on the route :/
