I know I know, It's nice to see how falcom reproduced Ys 1 & 2. Too bad it's all in Japanese!! There is a group of people who has a site that collects votes for translating Ys Eternal to English.If they collect enough votes they present it to Falcom.Good luck.. hope they succeed

hmmm... something goes wrong when I try to patch Ys 2 ... the game freezes after I get the letter from banoa (which is at the very beginning of the game) ... it doesn't happen if I don't patch it.. but if I don't patch it I have another problem.. the game won't save! 
so if I do patch it i won't get past banoa, and if i don't patch it I can't save my progress
does anyone have the solution to this?
Ys 1 patches perfectly though

you have the official game? cus I know it is a common problem with illegal versions...

I have Ys eternal original, however I do not have Ys I-II complete original
the Ys eternal I have is different from the ys I that's in the complete set... the complete version has different music, different graphics and an all new rendered intro.
I would have had it if there was just an easy way to buy that dvd set |

There is an easy way to buy that DVD set. You can just mail Falcom and they will send it to you. Be nice and you receive a nice card at newyear too ! |

/me is going to wait for the PS2 release...
Although... there's no translation for that ofcourse...
Well, maybe it'll be done, or else I'll have to brush up on my Japanese... ^_^
