Probably, a few years back, they bought the shares that got them the 45%. Made them the biggest shareholder already, but no absolute majority. With the current purchase, they have an absolute majority within the shareholders.....54%......

Everybody always used to hate Driller Tanks. I loved it. Same goes for Gangman and Machine Gun Joe. Great games.
And ofcourse, wasn't it Hudson Soft that invented the "proto type" Bomberman? If I'm not mistaken.

Euh... Eric and the Floaters == Bomberman. It was released as Bomberman in Japan, all other Bomberman titles are (c) Hudson Soft as well.  |

Now konami don´t have to fear about new Eric game... as now Eric is owned by konami. Feels really strange... that now it can understood that konami made eric aka bomberman. (i know, i know, hudson didit originally but ya know wot i meant)
Wonder how poor Eric feels now as he is now Konamian, not Hudsonian.
