With some games, you have to push this buttons if you want the music mode.

When I try this while playing on an emulator, my PC says "beep-beep-beep-beep" etc., and the music mode does not come.

Anyone know what this is?

It's called ghosting... It's caused by the improper way we seem to like building keyboards... In any event, the MSX and the PC have different keyboard matrixes, so what works on an MSX sometimes doesn't on a PC... Nothing you can do about it

Not exactly .... There are solutions that require to remap combinations of keys to only one key for a specific game, it's operational for example on ZNES, it's a key combination editor !

blueMSX has no yet such a tool, but his keyboard and shortcuts editors are steps in this direction. See also this page of the blueMSX manual :

I have same trouble with large simultaneous button combination cheats. There are a lot of cheats that don't work with emulators because this problem. Emulator is unable to capture all the keys or the combination key generate a Windows event. There are any program capable to "send" a full combination... or Windows / keyboard is unable to do this?

It's the keyboard that's unable to do this, not the emu or Windoze. Perhaps you could use blueMSX's keyboard editor to remap the keys to some combination that does work?

I will investigate this blueMSX feature. Thanks
