Labor is not easy. I modded 3 MSX2+ systems to 512K, Sanyos being the most complicated, because you have to build your own dram board. And I don't even talk about floppy drive replacement. You have to clue old eject button to PC drive and make it look good, plus building custom floppy drive cable is very tough job. Think about it like this: you pay about 100 euro for MSX2+ and another 105 for the upgrade job, including materials and shipping back and forth.
I think buying TurboR ST and
upping ram to 512K is an even better deal, still, Urusaro's work is very high quality, and for soldering-impaired it's a perfect opportunity to get fully upgraded MSX2+
