Any of yoy was at the OLD COMPUTERS & VIDEO GAME SYSTEMS EXPO 2005? ^ ^
The expo was done in Talence (France) from 1st July to 15th july 2005... look for some pictures & videos at the webpage who organized it:

he is playing "athletic land" .... Cabbage patch kids is a completelly different game about gfx

though with athletic land, you could also play the game backward (making some of the levels rather easy, like in stead of jumping over some obstacles you could outrun them)....
so that's not really an indication  |
