I've got Panasonic TurboR A1GT and A1ST recently from Yahoo Japan with SANYO RGB monitor.
A1ST RGB port perfectly working with SANYO monitor which has japanese SCART,
thus there is no problem with color.
But A1GT couldn't show white color properly, from the start it shows blue screen and balck MSX logo
but all the font are red color. and the next screen is whole red...
Since A1ST and monitor works perfectly, I don't think it is the problem of monitor or SCART cable.
It looks like some of capaictor inside A1GT is not working.
If anyone knows how to fix this problem, plz let me know.

It could be as simple as a broken solder connection of the video connector.

I have a problem using the RGB output on my TurboR, I suspect a lead fault since the picture produces the same result on my HB700F! I use my TurboR on the SVHS ouput - it produces a clear picture and excellent sound! (the sound comes from the RGB socket!)

If you read a bit, you knew the cable works good on the other turbo R... |

Thanks for you guys' advice. but still it doesn't help me.
Firstly, I disassembled TurboR A1GT and checked out PCB board and RGB video connector with my digital tester.
All RGB port 1 to 8 is working, thus I think there would not be any problem with connector.
Secondly, SVHS output requires buying another monitor or upscan converter like XRGB2,
but I'm happy with RGB monitor and don't wanna spend extra money for it.
If any of you have similar experience, and solved the problem, plz let me know.
And also, if any of you are using sunrise graphics9000, let me whether I can fix this problem from using it.

You can't fix it with a GFX9000, it has separate video output, but only for GFX9000 modes. You won't see a thing on it when you don't use GFX9000 modes like in BASIC or DOS (unless you load some software). Normal MSX software will not work at all via the GFX9000.
