Just a question. I have reciently adquired a Nokia Ngage, and now I just want to install fMSX!! . Well, I install the emulator correctly (version 1.07a), and it places into a folder named "Multimedia". Ok, I run it and it let me work with the options, etc... but it says to me about missing ROMs and system ROMs. Well, I forget to put them, so I grabbed the PC Tool Set in order to create an installer for both system and games ROMs... but when I try to install it, the Ngage says that the rom package has been created for the 1.08 version of teh emulator.

So my question is... if I can't use that tool to create a .SIS, how or where I must place them manually in order get the thing running

I hope the question is not so obvious, I'm a newbiw with this Symbian based machines. Thanks in advance

Well, I've just found a tool by HL-Soft that seems handy. I'll give it a try

you can alter the PKG file yourself - in the header, you'll see something like {bladiebla, '1.08'} or something like that. Change that into the version number you have, and you'll be OK

Generate the SIS again, transfer it to your N-Gage and see that it works!

Install File Explorer, put the ROM's to somewhere on the phone using windows explorer and use File Explorer to move them to correct folder.
