Kyokugen and Pleasure hearts are two different games, afaik. You can obtain Kyokugen at MSX Worldwide...

If I'm not mistaken, I bought that CD some time ago on a Bussum MSX fair... Pleasure Hearts afaik *IS* Kyokugen, though the release names differ for Japan and Europe... Not 100% sure about it, though.
