There are some cartridges for MSX 2/2+.
Can I use a video digitizer?
What's about a laser disc or video tape?
Is there specialized hardware in MSX1 computers?

MSX Laser discs can only be used with Pioneer PX-7 coupled with a Laser Disc Player (Pioneer LD-700 or LD-1100).
Pioneer has also released a special unit that converts a normal MSX into a Pioneer PX-7, but it's not compatible with all MSX computers.
Digitizing can be made on some MSX2 (Philips NMS 8280, Sony HB-F900 and more) or by adding the Sony HBI-V1 cartridge on a MSX2/2+ or Turbo-R computer.
