Is there a tool that lets you either load a MB voicekit or retype the voicedata and outputs opl data?

Also (slightly more important):

Is there a tool that lets you input opl data and outputs either an MB voicekit or voicedata (numbers) you can retype in MB?

Or perhaps someone who has a link to a doc with the description of each bit/nibble/byte in the opl data?
