Probably a cross developement environment in that time.
So the text could be:
A) complete nonsense
B) partly from the original fm pac, partly added by the developer of the fm stereo pak.
Especially the 'greetings' sounds more from the pseudo-professional/ hobby demoscene.
E.H. could mean Emile(?) Hensen the person who developed the internal application of the fm stereo pak (if i'm correct, I think this is mentioned somewhere in the parallax nostalgia website)
C.C. : initials of parallax.
J.J. : Jan Janssen, the producer of the fm pack. |

I guess in the "ITH THE MSX EMULATOR" the "W" in the beginning is missing
And also guess that "THE MSX EMULATOR" is just plain old fMSX running on SunOS on a SUN SPARC/Station...
Ow wait: fMSX is not *that* old, is it?

About the emulator ... It could be the emulator developed by Philips when they have switched to PC.
