How to set openmsx in order to recognize a 48k .rom file?
the rom file has at position 38h iteh int routine and at position 4000h
the 'AB',start sequence and is correctly execuded by bluemsx
while openmsx (Cbiso msx1) continues to say "no cartridge"

It seems to be a C-BIOS limitation.
I've just tried 'The Cure' with Catapult and my boosted Turbo-R configuration and it works pretty nice !  |

Correction : with C-BIOS in blueMSX, it works very good .... Strange what concerns openMSX

I ported the c-bios 0.21 from blue to in openmsx (that has 0.20) and now it works

Second correction : it works in openMSX with C-BIOS when using Catapult ...

WEird, openMSX 0.6.0 has C-BIOS 0.21.... Why did you use an older openMSX??

manuel : if I remember well some old posts, ARTRAG had some problems with the installation of version 0.6.0, that's the reason why he's still using an older Windows version of openMSX.

What I remember from those posts is that the re-release worked fine on his PC...

thanks for the support, I was using openmsx0.6.0 but the roms where form my previous installation (c-bios 0.20)
now i use c-bios 0.21 from sourceforge and anything works

Ah... But ARTRAG, if you do a fresh openMSX 0.6.0 installation, you get C-BIOS 0.21 installed as well, working out of the box.

manuel: correction, CBIOS 0.21 wasn't installed by the 0.6.0 thing I have. But maybe it's because I'm on unox  |

[D-Tail]: for Debian and Ubuntu, c-bios is packaged as a seperate package, but openMSX should depend on it, so it will be installed automatically also. If not: please complain at the package maintainer.
