As some of you might already know, we are developing a USB interface for msx (www.myquest.nl/nowind). We already have a prototype that works quite well. We are now looking for a manufacturer that can produce our pcb's. We found several, but it was either very expensive or they couldn't manufacture the gold plated edge connector. My question is: does anyone know any good and not too expensive pcb manufactures?

A PCB design program can be downloaded from www.seetrax.co.uk/r2win.htm I used the DOS version some time ago, the windows versions of Ranger2 is a freeware program.

As to getting it manufactured, I dont know?

The emailaddresses I have are often used here. So it is no use to search that on the sunrise page.
IIRC Koen has already given Jan Wilmans some addresses , but in case he lost it I could send it again.
It is a pity the price is already set for this device what makes it complicated to calculate and say what is expensive or not
Besides the problems you mention kwik ,you can find problems such as this is too small for us the produce(quantity).
If you have a VAT number, if you are registred at the chamber of commerce etc

The redirection to the website was a means to avoid having emailadresses on a website.. to prevent getting spammed by email-harvesters, now you've undone all those efforts.

Well, it makes no difference since I got those anyway due to the fact that some of the spam comes and are meant for other members which I got automatic by cc. Look e.g. to that magnificient messageboard !

Contrary as to what is mentioned above, the price of our device has NOT already been set. We made an estimation and figured we would be able to sell the device at 50 euro. We're not seeking big profits, we just want to cover the expenses...

I already sent you an email about this, but i'll also answer here. Yes, we are very much interested in an address! That would be most helpfull! We do have a vatnumber and are registered at the chamber of commerce, so that won't be a problem. Thanks already!
