As it says, Dewoman, Tagoo has a page of it: Tagoo link
Even the Kanji's are the same, so it's definitely it. |

Abi's right...more specifically, it seems to be the gamereader version of MSXPLAYer.

Interesting ... so this version has a save state system ... Is it available for each game or only for some games ???

It's MSXPLAYer indeed. (Which is from MSX Association, not ASCII, by the way). Do I even have to mention the MSXPLAYer in WOOMB has support for savegames as well? |

For me, it's a very important thing and it could change my point of view about the MSXPLAYer.
But I don't understand why WOOMB website does not include a page that should present the features of the MSXPLAYer.

If you're looking for an emulator with turboR support, you can just use blueMSX or openMSX ... |

I'm not searching for an emulator, I was just wondering which emulator it was. I only saw screenshots of MSXPLAYer with those fancy virtual keyboards. Never saw screenshots of this BASIC version.

actually, I wonder why it says "BASIC"...

That's probably the version from the ASCII Magazine 3 (or from another Japanese diskmagazine), used with a real MSX disk in PC drive OR a disk image by faking a PC directory as physical drive.

really? I thought the ASCII magazine ones had a GUI... the screen looks exactly like the gamereader version, except for that "BASIC" title.
