These kind of messages used to form about 50% of all the spam I receive; lately I get all kinds of scoops on stock and sotck options that are supposedly going to sky-rocket.
it's all fake, and you know it. I don't even read/open those emails anymore, if they make it through the spam filter...

and now the spam even spreads to this place

Well, spam... You know, I got this kind of urge to let the con-artists know that not everyone on the world is stupid.

It's a shame that those crooks actually manage to fool some people and to earn money with that.

Which is actually quite stupid, since the spammers now know that there's a real person reading your email (namely you), so you can expect to receive even more spam now. Congratz.

Yeah, it's a big-numbers-thing. If you send spam to 1000000 people and you've got a 0.01 percet change that someone responds, there's still 100 reponses. The problem is that there is really no big difference between sending one mail or 1000000 mails. If each mail sent would cost the sender 10 eurocent, we'd have a lot less spam!
