run msx onechip the scc sound without scc catridge. i have some games on disk but you need scc catridge for music ( i dont have one)
which sounds emulate the onechip? PSG and FM, AUDIO? sorry i can not find some information for this

PSG, MSX-MUSIC and SCC... Just check any of the OCM links on this site.

You need to activate SCC emulation with a DIP switch on the bottom of the OCM. Look in the manual or One Chip MSX wiki for 'WAVE'  |

btw, in some other thread about 'scc synthesizer', what would be the chance to have an USB MIDI interface running on the OCM? It's -for the ppz interested- perhaps far more interesting to use the OCM as SCC-synth, rather than messing around with an old MSX/monitor/SCC.
Ofcoz, midi from the music module could prolly be used, so it's up to someone to control the SCC from whatever MIDI signal that comes in..
