Yeah, I just wanted to show the photos so there's a lack of info... It's just a box for the HDD and the CDROM, as msd said.

Hm, you could throw out the mac hardware from the box and build your MSX into it  |

Yes, but it would be quite hard, and I would not risk to ruin my only Turbo-r to have the hardware inside 
But it would be great having a cartridge expansion into it.
