I found out the last two games!

LeandroCorreia was right, the racing game I was looking for is indeed "The Race". Unfortunately, it is not listed on Generation MSX. I found it, ironically, on an Amstrad CPC site www.cpcgamereviews.com/r/index.html

The other game, with the sausages and jester, is "Punch & Judy". I could not find it because there is no screenshot on Generation MSX so again, I located it on the same Amstrad CPC site.
