This game of ATLUS appeared for some video game consoles (SNES,
NEO-GEO, PS2...) There is a part which the game musics are CD tracks (PS2
I suppose). In the background of image while you're fighting appears
the singers of music (every stage is different). Then there is a stage
where the singers are 4 guys wearing jerseys with MSX logo!!. I found
the next commentary:

Set inside the main arena. Some kids in the background sing a song about video
games, while some other guys are playing on an arcade machine. Some of the guys are wearing T-Shirts with the letters "MSX" written on them. For those that don't know, "MSX" was a famous computer system in Japan. It's nothing to do with Metal Slug X as some people think :-)
