I could'nt find any other posts about this, so I'll start a new one. Hopefully this isn't like the 100th time somebodys asking...
However;
I yesterday ordered "Shrines of Enigma" from sunrise and I used the online order form.
After filling it I pressed "done" (<- or somtin' like that),
and I got a message "Order done!" (<- or something like that ).
So, obviously I filled the form correctly.
But what now? I've checked my mail and nothing about the order has been post afterwards?
Most likely I'm just expecting anything to happen much too soon.
But anyway.. How do I pay for the stuff?
And how much will it take to send order of one softwaredisk? Days? Weeks? Months?

Just have patience. Sunrise isn't a commercial company. You can e-mail Rob Hiep if you want more information on payment options. His e-mail is on the Sunrise website (altough he also looks around here frequent).

Submitting the form will not generate an auto-confirmation email - maybe this is confusing you. Usually you will receive a personal email from Rob a few days later with the payment details (up to now it was possible to use paypal).

Thank you for your answers.
Oh.. I 've read those forum posts earlier myself. I was just in too much of a hurry (I'm@work...) so I couldn't find those posts.
And prodatron: That's right. I was waiting for a computer generated cconfirmation or something. That made me doubt.
And NYYRIKKI: when will we get some updated info about MIU '07?? ...Heh, am I _again_ making a fuss. Also in that matter. |

I donot have very much time and fun anymore for visiting MRC. THus Huey , nonsense.
But I read as much as possible
Despite that you get your answers by mail , but it is quite busy as regards many orders for the cf -interfaces in one week time-really overwhelming.
I can visit the postoffice also only at the weekend at a very croweded postoffice of 40 people waiting etc Together with that people like to have new products which keeps me also busy

sunrise: maybe it will be easier for you (and your customers) if you open an eBay Store?

It means once more we can really ditch the diskdrive in favor for mass-storage!

Yes, the IDE-CF is a great device... I hope to be the proud owner of one of them in the near future |

...and here's one sitting in a closet doing nothing. Not the device's fault, it's great, I just hardly use my real MSX anymore.
Call it weird, but I found the Game Reader to be better suited for what I want (which is the ability to use original MSX products on modern hardware - hence why I went through a lot of hassle to get it running under Vista).
As such, I might be selling my MSX and the CF IDE (and a few other things) soon. The (Konami) game cartridges are staying, though

IMHO you don't get the same experience with the Game Reader plus a PC. It is the same as using any emulator. But it is true that keeping your MSX in a closet doing nothing is a waste of space. Plus, the hardware is to be used (I have nothing against collectors, though). If you are not going to enjoy it anymore may be others will.
In any case, hope that this is not the first sign of leaving the MSX standard.

of course a game reader on a pc is not the same as a real MSX, but I do like it a lot.
Actually, emulation was the reason I got back into MSX. I then bought hardware again (went through several machines) but never used it a whole lot anymore. I'm a bit of a collector, but mainly interested in the cartridges (also disk games, but to a much lesser extend, because they die relatively easily). Then, to be able to use those directly for emulation is kind of ideal for me.
