Hello Do any one know about a smart disassembler, maybe it can diasassembler bin/romfiles and find out what is data and what is code? It should be possible right?

It's not completely possible, like jp (hl), or writing to the stack before doing a ret.

Yo, It's partially possible.
Some (professional) decompiler/debuger can do that (emulating the code) ,but i never found a free one for our beloved processor.

zd.com was pretty good at it, AFAIK. It's the Z80 disassembler by Egor Voznessenski (and his group Novatec).
