Op Kotaku stond vandaag te lezen dat een van haar redacteurs die aanwezig was op het Metal Gear 20th Anniversary feest wat leuke informatie heeft vernomen. Suda 51, de man achter Killer7, zou blijkbaar tegen een SEGA-kopstuk gezegd hebben dat hij binnen enkele weken met een grote aankondinging op de proppen zal komen.

Waarover het gaat deed Suda 51 erg mysterieus over, waardoor we op dit moment enkel kunnen gissen: iets omtrent No More Heroes? De titel van zijn geheime PS3-project? Of meer informatie over het spel Snatcher dat hij samen met Hideo Kojima aan het maken zou zijn? We houden jullie op de hoogte.

I found that Konami trademarked the Snatcher name again!!

Nice!! Yesterday, while listening to SD Snatcher music, I was just thinking about how cool it would be to have a new (SD) Snatcher game... let's hope we will get it!: )

Snatcher has been released on quite a few systems (MSX, PC Engine, Sega MegaCD, Playstation and Saturn), but I also think there's a limited group of true fans. That's why I find it very unlikely that "big news" will be a new (SD) Snatcher game. It's definately something I would love to see since SD Snatcher is one of my all time favourite games, but I'm not getting my hopes up just yet.

Perhaps it was big in Japan?
