Depends on the specs of your pda. I ran bluemsx on one (can't remember the brand) that had vista on it and it ran smooth.

Dvik, is there really a version for PDA of that splendid bluemsx ..
Besides that there is also a msx-player version for pda

There isn't a version specific to pdas (at least no official ones). On the PDA I tried it on it ran quite well but it would be nice with some customizations on the gui to make it better for PDAs. And my guess is that bluemsx requires a quite high performance pda to run well.
It runs for example on PSP and on an arm based device I have but optimizations are needed to make it run well on these devices.
