you can see a 1Mo extend in a ST with Chip directly on support
no Simm no Board and no problem with the keyboard film
in the Simm extend the components destroy the keyboard film
look the CMS resistor near the ram with special position for bank 0 of memory

Great, very compact and clean, it looks easily to do. |

on GT sold J302 , desold R352 and resold it on R353
on the ST is more dificult because cutting wire under pin 18 of the rR800 is not easy
second difficult sold a wire on pin 18 R800 and don't strap other pin
sold a strap on R229
desold R206
strap R206 near D22 to A14 ( i have the schema)

remove it on old PC memory is easy just pull with a screwdriver
on my GT i have a SIMM 80ns because with 70ns the GT abnormal boot
i find the original additionnal board in a friend's GT buy in Deutchland and is inventor is unknow
i just adapt for the ST because is different board
the original SIMM 1 Mega is on a LZH files made in Japan (i search it for sendind)
this file contains many info for the memory R800 and S1990

I made a pdf of all the circuit diagrams and photos, translated as best as I could and added what was described.
