PocketMSX would be a good emulator for Windows CE, but it looks like the development got frozen. Too bad, so currently there is not any decent emulator for WinCE. There was not a special version of MSX PLAYer for PocketPCs?

fmsxCE/SE has been developed until last year; but I'm afraid that now Nyagosu must be working full time for fmsxDS. |

Oh, if you are able to install Debian GNU/Linux on a PDA/HPC (as I did with the Jornada 720; Strong-ARM 206 Mhz), openMSX runs really well, full speed MSX2 with full quality sound (even SCC!).
However this is not the case, as we are discusing emulator for Windows CE.
@jltursan: fmsxCE/SE does not work well on Windows CE 5.x based devices (Windows Mobile 5 or Windows Mobile 6). As I said, no decent emulator for Windows PocketPCs :/
