Will the MSX work normally?
What would happening if someone plug a 256KB, 768KB or 4096 KB Memory Cartridge on a slot?

Absolutely nothing will happen and everything will work as usual.

Maybe I am wrong, but it might depend on the MSX itself.
If the MSX have its internal RAM in Slot 1, will it ever see the Memory Mapper?
If the mapper is plugged into SLOT 2 og 3 ?
The msx scan slots for memory and when it find one it use that right?
Just from what i remembered, but not sure its true or not ?

Mapper is initialized by MSX-2 BIOS. MSX-1 does not do it at all. So, BIOS will see 4x16KB blocks, but all being the same and (if external slot number is smaller than internal one) it wil be activated and used.
Keep in mind that some newer mapper version DO initialize mapper before internal BIOS boots, so even MSX-1 will se 4 different 16KB blocks.
