I read that there are some Quick Disk drives that are for use with MSX. Which MSX drives read quick disks and how would I be able to back them up to a floppy?
reason I ask is because I have a roland S-10 keyboard/sampler that uses Quick Disks, and because Quick Disks are so rare and I have a few Quick Disks for my S-10 that I would like to preserve, I want to be able to back them up.
So anyone know of a solution to do a raw data backup of these Quick Disks and store them on floppy drives (and in turn, back them up to my hard drive and/or burn to CD)
thanks!

This is not an MSX-answer, but I have a sharp MZ800 with both QD and tape and I think that can copy from one to the other. The tapes could then be captured on a different computer. I'm not sure if it can do a raw copy though.
Anyway, useless answer if you don't have access to an MZ800 |

In the MSX Hardware List you can see which QuickDisk drives are/were available, but I have no idea how the discs could be backed up. I think very very few people used them.
