I now only have one addressline on my keyboard not working, its not an ic error since when i wire them by hand, it works.

The keyboard film on turbo-r is very weak, and i think in the future more and more turbo-r's will suffer from that.

How can we solve that problem, i was thinking about how to make an replacement for the film, with more strong matrieal.

What need to be done is maybe a real circuit board and with real switches, but i dont know if that is possible.

Its not possible to get the keyboardfilm anymore, i got a secondhand from Japan, but it still have a problem

Any ideas how to make anything working?

1) buy replacement film;
2) buy a cheap panasonic msx2+ (wx, wsx, fx) and gut it for keyboard;
3) use Padial cartridge that allows you to use PC AT keyboard LPE-PCKF-V5

4) If you now have two broken films, maybe you can cut them both apart and use upper side from one and lowerside from another. (I've done that once)
5) rewire a PC-keyboard.
6) I've heard some ideas about using silver pen or tinfoil to fix these issues... Not sure how these might work.

I've repaired several broken keyboard films (none from TR or any MSX machine) using a silver compound and covering the repaired zone with clear flexi tape to avoid cracking the dry compound. If you're careful putting the film back, it usually works fine.

Paulo Maluf hade replacement films in Brazil. Those are of a even better quality than the original Panasonic ones. I fixed my A1ST with one of those and its like new right now.
